2. For what purpose do we process your data?

We process the data you provide for the following purposes:

  • To handle the enquiries, requests for information and availability requests you send us by phone or email.
  • To manage the contracting and invoicing of parking passes and services.
  • To analyse website usage in aggregate form in order to improve it, when you have given your consent to the use of analytics cookies.

3. What is the legal basis for processing?

  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): to respond to your enquiries and for analytics cookies.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to provide the parking service and manage passes.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep the data for as long as the relationship with the user is maintained and, thereafter, for the legally required periods (generally six years for commercial and tax documentation). Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract is deleted once they have been dealt with. Online booking data (name, contact details, number plate and dates) is kept until 30 days after the departure date and is then deleted automatically from the website; the notification emails received are deleted periodically.

5. To whom is the data disclosed?

Data is not disclosed to third parties, except where legally required. Service providers necessary for the operation of the business (web hosting, email, accountancy, analytics services) may access the data as data processors, under the corresponding data processing agreements.

The website uses Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, which may involve international data transfers covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. These cookies are only activated if you give your consent.

6. What are your rights?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to garajegoldenpark@gmail.com or to the postal address indicated, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
